1. About Us

DestinationWeddings.ca is a specialized romance travel marketing domain owned and operated by Travel Time Agency, an independent affiliate of Trevello Travel Group. Travel Time Agency is a registered travel agency in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, requesting a consultation, or booking travel services through DestinationWeddings.ca or Travel Time Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services

Travel Time Agency provides travel advisory and booking services including destination wedding packages, honeymoon packages, group travel coordination, and romance travel planning. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable travel suppliers (airlines, tour operators, resorts, and other providers).

We act as an agent on your behalf when making bookings with third-party travel suppliers. Our role is to facilitate your booking, not to operate the travel services directly.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed and a deposit has been received.

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm most bookings. The deposit amount and final payment due date will be specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Quoted prices include only those items specifically listed in your booking confirmation. Travel insurance, gratuities, resort fees, and other incidentals not expressly included are the responsibility of the traveller.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are specified in your booking confirmation. Many travel products — including airline tickets, tour operator packages, and resort bookings — are non-refundable or subject to significant cancellation penalties.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against cancellation for covered reasons, trip interruption, and other insured events. Travel insurance premiums are generally non-refundable.

Our service fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers in your party hold valid travel documents (passports, visas, tourist cards, etc.) required for your destination. Passports must typically be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

Entry requirements, health requirements, and travel advisories can change. We recommend checking the Government of Canada's official travel advisory at travel.gc.ca prior to travel. Travel Time Agency is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from inadequate or expired documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel Time Agency strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance including emergency medical coverage, trip cancellation, and trip interruption coverage. We are able to provide travel insurance quotations upon request.

Declining travel insurance is done at your own risk. Travel Time Agency is not liable for costs arising from trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or other insurable events for travellers who have declined coverage.

8. Limitation of Liability

Travel Time Agency acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and ground transportation providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supplier insolvency.

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.

9. TICO Consumer Protection

Travel Time Agency is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), Registration #5003057. Bookings made through Travel Time Agency may be eligible for consumer protection under applicable provincial travel industry legislation. For more information, visit tico.ca.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, pricing, availability, and product details are subject to change and should be confirmed at the time of booking.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
